July Board of Review Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to correct clerical errors and mutual mistakes of fact as defined by the General Property Tax Act in MCL 211.53b.  The board may also consider appeals related to Qualified Agricultural Exemptions and Poverty Exemptions (but not for poverty exemptions denied by the March Board of Review).  No valuation appeals are heard at this meeting.  The meeting is open to the public, as provided in Act 267, P.A. 1976, Open Meetings Act.
